Online Shipping and Handling and Returns Policy:
Each piece is completed in my San Mateo, California studio. I personally makes each and every display from start to finish. I Sign and Date each display at the Bottom Right Side of every display. I do not want to distract from the beauty of the stunning exotic butterflies.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive my smaller displays and 2 to 4 weeks for my larger displays. If you have a rush order or any special needs please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 within the Continental United States. Purchases under $75.00 will incur a $9.99 flat shipping fee. I DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS.
In the event your display is damaged in transit, please report the damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order and I will replace your display. After 72 hours have past, returns on damaged items will not be accepted.
I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your butterfly display for a Refund or Store Credit, Less Shipping Charges, on any item sold within 7 days of receipt.
On orders over $75.00 there will be a 15% handling fee on returns for credit or exchange. Artwork that is returned in less than original, resalable condition will not be accepted. It is recommended that you Insure your return.
Please contact me via email prior to returning merchandise. Please note, The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges back to Butterfly Gallery. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to properly package your display may result in damage. Any such damage shall be the responsibility of the shipper. The shipper bears the responsibility to insure any pieces sent to Butterfly Gallery.
Any damage should be documented with photographs and reported within 48 hours of arrival at the original destination. A damage report must be accompanied by photos of the exterior of the box and specific display damage. These can be emailed to: Steven@butterflygallery.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale or Discounted Items and Custom Orders are not returnable for refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $100.00 you should consider using a shipping service like UPS or FedEx and purchase shipping insurance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. So Please Insure your Return.
